Selected grapes harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region. Manual harvest starts from August (Syrah) until late October (Maratheftiko).
Vinification & Maturation
Classic red wine fermentation. Maturation for 4 months on the lees.
Intense ruby coloured wine with delicious aromas of strawberries, cherries, wild roses and violets. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with balanced acidity and density, and juicy tannins.
Food pairing suggestions
Red meats, game, cold cuts, aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
