Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region. Manual harvest during late October.
Vinification & Maturation
Thirty days maceration and classic red wine fermentation. Maturation for 12 months on the lees in 225lt oak barrels.
Golden with orange hues, aromas of apricot, peach, mandarin, orange peel, white flowers and a touch of honey. On the palate it is medium to full body with juicy tannins and crisp acidity.
