Vinification & MaturationClassic red wine fermentation. Maturation for 9 months in oak casks.
Deep ruby colour. On the nose dense ripe red and black fruit, flowers and notes of plum and cinnamon. Full and rich bodied with luscious cassis flavours, balanced acidity, velvety tannins ending with a nuance of mint chocolate and a long spice and vanilla finish.
