PALLOURES (Single vineyard Xinisteri)
Vine & Harvest
Vines harvested exclusively from our selected vineyard « Palloures » in Kannaviou village. Manual harvest during late October.
Vinification & Maturation
Twenty-four hours cold maceration and classic white wine fermentation at the beginning in stainless steel and finishing in oak. Maturation for 6 months on the lees in 300lt oak barrels.
Golden with some green hues, aromas of peach, orange zest, guava white flowers and a touch of toast and vanilla. On the palate it is rich with crisp acidity and minerality showcasing a sense of place and personality.
