Ézousa Giannoudi expresses the untamed character of Cyprus through depth, spice, dark fruit, and remarkable elegance. Cultivated in the highlands of Kannaviou, this rare indigenous variety reveals a wine of intensity and balance — layered with black cherry, wild herbs, soft spice, and velvety tannins shaped by the land itself.

Ézousa Xynisteri captures the vibrant freshness of Cyprus through minerality, citrus, and refined aromatic elegance. Grown in the elevated vineyards of Kannaviou, this indigenous variety unfolds layers of white flowers, peach, green apple, and subtle tropical notes, balanced by crisp acidity and the distinct character of the Ezousa terroir.

Ézousa Viognier takes new roots in the ancient soils of Kannaviou, hand-harvested in late August and matured six months on the lees. Pale lemon in the glass, it opens with apricot, pear and citrus over notes of honeysuckle and vanilla — dry on the palate, with moderate acidity and a long finish of tropical fruit, melon and lime.
