Vine & Harvest
Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region from single vineyard plots. Manual harvest during early to mid-October.
Vinification & Maturation
Classic red wine vinification with controlled temperature fermentation and extended skin contact. Maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color with rich aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and blueberries, layered with notes of black pepper, subtle spices, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with structured, velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, lingering finish.
